The Oracle issues a lanyard. Rollo notes it's empty. The credential exists but contains nothing -- no name, no clearance level, no information at all. The artifact of belonging has been delivered, and it proves exactly nothing. You've received an official-looking document that, upon inspection, was entirely ceremonial.
