Rollo asks if the form is anonymous, the Oracle assures him his identity is protected, and Rollo points out his name is literally on the form. The gap between 'identity protected' and 'your name is right there' is the entire joke. You've filled out 'anonymous' employee surveys that ask for your department, role, start date, and manager name.
