The Oracle announces identity protection is active, and Rollo's question -- 'Whose identity?' -- cuts right to the point. The system is protecting someone's identity, but it certainly isn't Rollo's. You've noticed that 'confidentiality' in corporate settings usually protects the institution, not the individual who filed the complaint.
