A reporting bonus is now active, and when Rollo asks what it rewards, the Oracle says 'Accuracy.' The word does a lot of work -- it implies objective truth, but what's being rewarded is accuracy in reporting on your peers. The better you snitch, the more you earn. You've seen incentive programs that reward 'quality feedback' and wondered whose quality they meant.
